Vision:

To ensure that all students receive College & Career advisory services and transition​ out of the Pathways to Graduation program with a realistic Post-Secondary Plan directly related to their educational and professional goals.​​

The College & Career Resource Center (CCRC) has a dedicated group of qualified and skilled staff who assist students in planning for their future in post-secondary education or entering the workforce. Students will work one-on-one and in group settings to gain valuable skills and knowledge to navigate post-secondary options.

All Pathways to Graduation students will work with a College & Career Coach to complete the following milestones:

 

• Post-secondary Mapping 

• Post- Secondary Application to a college, university or trade school 

• Financial Aid 

• Career Planning

• Mentoring
